WayAhead is seeking a new team member to help run our WayAhead Workplaces Program – a network which provides information and support to organisations interested in promoting employee health and wellbeing in their workplace.
Working collaboratively with the WayAhead Workplaces Co-ordinator, this role will provide administrative support in all aspects of the Workplaces Program, including, but not limited to: data entry, website and database maintenance, compiling e-newsletters, event planning, marketing and customer service.
This role presents the opportunity to learn about the growing field of workplace health and wellbeing. This includes knowledge of the latest developments in: research and policy, psychology, mental health promotion and prevention of mental ill-health. You will gain skills in project administration, stakeholder relationships, knowledge of the workplace and mental health sectors as well as the not-for-profit sector. You will have the opportunity to listen to and learn from experts in the field of workplace health and wellbeing plus the opportunity for professional development through attending workshops and conferences.
